The Brachetto d'Acqui DOCG by Beni di Batasiolo is an aromatic, sweet, and slightly sparkling wine that embodies the playful and refined spirit of Piedmont. Made from pure Brachetto grapes, grown on the hills of Acquese, this wine represents one of the most elegant and typical expressions of local viticulture. The temperate climate, calcareous-clay soils, and moderate altitude help to preserve the natural aromatic qualities of the grape, enhancing its floral and fruity notes. The winemaking process involves low-temperature fermentation to maintain the fruit's fragrance, followed by a sparkling process that gives vivacity and lightness to the sip. Brachetto d'Acqui is a perfect wine to drink young, ideal for those seeking a fresh, elegant, and versatile option to enjoy in company or paired with fruit-based or chocolate desserts.
