The Moscato Rosé Sparkling Sweet from Beni di Batasiolo is a sparkling and aromatic wine that combines the pleasantness of Moscato with the liveliness of an elegant rosé. Made from a blend of aromatic white and red grape varieties, this sweet sparkling wine is born from a careful selection in the hilly vineyards of Piedmont, where rich soils and a temperate climate favor the development of intense aromas and refreshing taste. The winemaking process is designed to preserve all the varietal fragrance: fermentation takes place in an autoclave at controlled temperature, following the Martinotti method, to obtain a wine rich in aromas and fine, persistent bubbles. It is a young, modern, and versatile label, ideal for convivial moments, aperitifs, or to accompany desserts and fresh fruit. The Moscato Rosé from Batasiolo is a perfect choice for those who desire a delicate yet expressive wine, capable of captivating with its lightness and sweet elegance.
