To the eye, the wine presents a bright straw yellow color, enriched with golden reflections. On the nose, it offers intense aromas of white flowers, ripe citrus fruits, and notes of yellow-fleshed fruit, accompanied by a subtle mineral trace that recalls the volcanic soil. On the palate, it is fresh and enveloping, with a perfect balance between softness and salinity. The finish is long, elegant, and slightly aromatic, leaving a pleasant persistence of fruit and flowers. Ideal when paired with fish dishes, delicate appetizers, and fresh cheeses.
