Founded in 1978, Tenute del Cerro is the realization of a large oenological project: it boasts Montecorona estates in Umbertide (PG) where the well-known IGP oil is produced, Fattoria del Cerro in Acquaviva di Montepulciano (SI) well known for the famous Nobile di Montepulciano, La Poderina in Montalcino (SI) place of production of the famous Brunello di Montalcino, Còlpetrone in Gualdo Cattaneo (PG) where the award-winning Sagrantino di Montefalco is produced and the Monterufoli Estate in Monteverdi Marittimo (PI) known both for Vermentino and for the sought-after Sangiovese Poggio Miniera.
