Wine with a light ruby color, transparent. Fragrant on the nose, it opens with notes of red fruits, strawberries and raspberries wrapped in a citrusy freshness of mandarin and a pleasantly mineral finish. It concludes with a note of vanilla and lightly spiced white chocolate. On the palate, it is particularly fresh and thirst-quenching, with a lively and harmonious tannic perception. The aftertaste is pleasantly clean and savory, captivating and carefree.
Confezione: 1 bottiglia da 0,75 lt Uve: Nerello Mascalese, Nerello Cappuccio Fermentazione: spontanea, con lieviti indigeni in acciaio. Maturazione: 12 mesi in barrique di 3° passaggio. Affinamento: 6 mesi circa in bottiglia. Abbinamenti: si presta ad abbinamenti molto ampi per la sua dinamicità. Ottimo con rombo o tonno alla griglia, crostacei alla catalana e carni bianche delicate come coniglio e faraona arrosto.
