Ferrando's Erbaluce di Caluso comes from 100% Erbaluce grapes grown on morainic soils and harvested by hand in the first days of October. The vinification was started by soft pressing with which the must was obtained. The alcoholic fermentation took place in stainless steel at a controlled temperature. The refinement took place for a few months in stainless steel and for a short period in the bottle.
ERBALUCE DI CALUSO FERRANDO: TASTING
Ferrando's Erbaluce di Caluso is an intense straw yellow colour. On the nose it releases aromas of yellow pulp fruit that meet hints of white flowers and notes of aromatic herbs. On the palate it is pleasant and balanced, with good freshness and flavor. At the table it pairs well with vegetarian dishes as well as tasty first and second courses based on white fish, molluscs and crustaceans.
