Ferrari's Trentodoc Maximum Demi Sec is obtained from carefully selected pure Chardonnay grapes. The reference vineyards, exposed to the South-East and South-West, develop at an altitude between 300 and 600 meters above sea level. The harvest was carried out by hand, in the first half of September. In accordance with the rules of the Classic or Champenoise Method, the second fermentation took place in the bottle where the wine refined its characteristics for over 36 months in contact with the yeasts. The sugar content, in the case of Demi-Sec sparkling wines, is between 32 and 50 grams/litre.
TRENTODOC MAXIMUM DEMI SEC FERRARI: THE TASTING
Ferrari's Trentodoc Maximum Demi Sec presents an intense straw yellow color enlivened by a fine perlage. On the nose it expresses aromas of ripe yellow pulp fruit that meet notes of melted butter and toasted almond and hints of vanilla. On the palate it is harmonious and creamy, with an excellent balance between acidity and sweetness. At the table it can be fully enjoyed with desserts and dry pastries. Unmissable with holiday desserts.
