The Frappato Carolina Marengo Kisa by Feudi del Pisciotto was obtained from 100% Frappato grapes grown with spurred cordon on medium-textured soils rich in skeleton, at an altitude of approximately 100 meters above sea level. The harvest took place in the first week of October with a yield of 60 quintals per hectare. The entire production process. including alcoholic and malolactic fermentation - took place in stainless steel. The refinement lasted 10 months in barrique and 8 months in the bottle.

The Frappato Carolina Marengo Kisa by Feudi del Pisciotto stands out to the eye with a pale ruby red color. The nose is dominated by aromas of small red berries accompanied by notes of sweet and dark spices. The sip is fresh and round, supported by silky tannins and a persistent finish of cherry and cloves. At the table it pairs very well with cured meats and semi-mature cheeses as well as tasty, lightly spiced land recipes.
