Altitude: 500m asl Training system: Guyot Harvest: end of August Planting density: 4000 vines/ha Vinification: It starts from the selection of the best Grillo grapes and Viognier, which are crushed, de-stemmed and softly pressed and then continue with the alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature of 14-16° C in stainless steel tanks.
