The Nero d'Avola Harmonium by Firriato comes from a 15-year research on the identification of crus on the vast estate of Borgo Guarini in the Agro Trapanese. Three different massal selections of Nero d'Avola are grown in the three crus of Ferla, Lepre, and Beccaccia; harvested at different times in September and vinified separately in steel. After blending, the wine rests for 12 months in French and American oak barriques. The Harmonium represents a symbol for the company of the combination of research and territoriality.

The Nero d'Avola Harmonium by Firriato presents itself in the glass with a dense and impenetrable ruby color. On the nose, it is rich in jammy fruits, cherries, plums, blackberries, with a warm background of rhubarb, pepper, and nutmeg. On the palate, it is imposing, with a well-integrated tannic structure, plenty of fruit, and a certain freshness. To be enjoyed with spicy and seasoned pork ribs, or with braised beef cheek with plums.
