Fiano di Avellino DOCG is produced with fiano grapes from the
Fonzone estate located in the municipality of San Potito Ultra at 500 m a.s.l.
The pedoclimatic vocation of the production area and the careful work
in the vineyard guarantee grapes that are pure expression of the territory.
The winemaking is aimed at preserving the aromatic integrity of the grape variety and the
wine obtained is distinguished by elegance and delicacy of the hints, the color is a beautiful straw yellow with greenish reflections, bouquet characterized by delicate floral and fruity aromas reminiscent of citrus fruits , the zagara, the
linden tree and almond paste. On the palate it is fresh and balanced, viscous and very persistent.

Exposition: south Plant density: 3,300 strains per hectare Breeding form: shoulder board Pruning: guyot Yield: 60 quintals per hectare Harvesting period: first decade of October Vinification and ageing: the bunches are harvested by hand and carefully transported to the cellar in small perforated boxes, so they are selected and pressed in a soft way. Fermentation is conducted at low temperatures and lasts for about one month. The wine obtained is aged in steel for five months, with periodic bâtonnage. Pairings: ideal for sea aperitifs, oysters, fish dishes, grilled vegetables.
