The Greco di Tufo DOCG Fonzone was born from a vineyard planted in 1994 in Santa Paolina, farmed with a backrest along steep slopes at 500 m a.s.l.. The microclimate, the clay and sandy soils and the low yields give exclusive characters to the grapes that, when harvested, have a characteristic yellow load. Vinification involves soft pressing, fermentation at low temperatures and aging in steel for five months with periodic bâtonnage. In the glass it has a beautiful bright color with golden shades, while it releases, with intensity, notes of exotic fruit and orange blossom; on the palate, finally, reveals a pleasant mineral trace, which supports a citrus and savory pulp.
