For several years our company has been scrupulously committed to selecting the best cultivars from the Sicani mountains, giving life to an intensely fruity extra virgin olive oil, which has a delicate flavor with a particularly intense taste, with hints of freshly picked tomato, almond greenery and artichoke. A perfect and exclusive blend refined by years of experience.
Our intense fruity, brightly colored, owes its strong and full-bodied taste, thanks to our combination of varieties and production areas within the district territory of the Sicani mountains. The main cultivars selected for an oil with an intense flavor are Carolea, Nocellara del Belice and Cerasuola.

Harvest period: From October 15th to November 10th.
Harvest technique: By hand or mechanized picking.

Use: Ideal for cooking and seasoning everyday dishes and unique for cooking each recipe.
