The Müller Thurgau Sòfi by Franz Haas is the wine dedicated to his daughter Sofia and designed to celebrate the joy of drinking in company with lightness. The grapes come from vineyards at altitudes varying between 500 and 800 metres, with soils mixed between clay and porphyry, and exposed to the south and south-west. After a short maceration to favor aromatic extraction, the crushed grapes (destemmed grapes) are delicately pressed. Subsequently the must is fermented at a controlled temperature in steel tanks where it ages for about five months and then, for a short period, in the bottle.

The Müller Thurgau Sòfi by Franz Haas has a lively straw yellow color. On the nose the aromas recall notes of muscat, fresh fruit, peaches and flowers, primarily yellow primrose. The sip is elegant and savory, with citrus freshness and a thirst-quenching finish. Sofi is the perfect aperitif, accompanied by fresh goat's cheeses, as well as wild asparagus omelettes, but it has what it takes to happily accompany you even during the meal, for example combined with a fresh tagliatelle with pink prawns and courgettes.
