Tasting notes
In the glass, it presents a light ruby red color. On the nose, elegant aromas of wilted rose, ripe cherry, and slight spicy hints of cinnamon emerge. The palate is tense, structured, and deep, with well-present tannins, vertical development, and a long finish.

Ideal with important dishes of Piedmontese and Italian cuisine, it pairs naturally with braised meats, roasts, game, aged cheeses, and rich first courses like tajarin with ragù.
