Conceived and obtained to be enjoyed as a young man, the Bolgheri Bianco DOC "Borgeri Bianco", by Giorgio Meletti Cavallari, was born from the union between vermentino and viognier. It matures four months in steel and three months in the bottle. Perfect in combination with seafood, it does not disdain the combination with white and delicate meats.

La bocca è fresca, equilibrata e di buona persistenza, sapida nel finale. Abbinamenti: Ideale per accompagnare la cucina a base di pesce, è perfetto con i filetti di coda di rospo in crosta di potatoes.
