It is the "estate cru" and expresses a perfect and harmonious balance between strength and elegance. The Bolgheri Rosso Superiore DOC "Impronte", produced by Giorgio Meletti Cavallari, ferments with only native yeasts, matures for 14 months in barrique and one year in bottle. It offers a nice organoleptic complexity, certainly not found in all wines of the same category. It is truly an excellent Bolgheri red.
