Delivery and Returns

Giovanni Corino's Barolo Arborina comes from 100% Nebbiolo grapes coming from vines exposed to the South-East and rooted in clay-sandy soils in the municipality of La Morra (CN). After the harvest, carried out with a yield of 55-60 quintals per hectare, the bunches were transported to the cellar for winemaking. During this last process, the maceration of the must in contact with the skins took place for 5-7 days in rotary fermenters at a temperature of 25-30°C. The refinement took place in small French oak barrels, 35% new and 65% used. Subsequently, the Barolo Arborina 2018 by Giovanni Corino rested in stainless steel for 6 months plus a further 12 months in the bottle.
BAROLO ARBORINA GIOVANNI CORINO: THE TASTING
Giovanni Corino's Barolo Arborina presents a ruby red color with garnet reflections. On the nose, aromas of ripe red fruits emerge which meet hints of balsamic mint and notes of vanilla and dark spices. Hints of undergrowth and toasted coffee powder are added. On the palate it is round and harmonious, enhanced by a fine tannic texture and a long spicy and balsamic finish.
