We only grow Etna vines, respecting the territory, tradition and peculiarities of the vintage. Only native vines: Nerello Mascalese, Carricante and Catarratto. Great attention to sustainability. Cultivation of vineyards in a certified organic regime. Careful selections and search for full maturity by limiting the yields in the vineyard to a minimum. Rigorous approach in the cellar in search of precision and finesse. The vinification and refinement take place in cement tanks, in vats and large barrels produced with very long aged woods. All the work is aimed at supporting the personality of the vineyards while maintaining the diversity and nuances between one vintage and another, in the belief that only by indulging and respecting the natural expression of a large territory, you can have wines that can excite.
