Pale yellow with golden reflections, it has a good intensity on the nose; notes of white fruit such as apple and peach can be perceived, as well as notes of anise, fennel, freshly baked bread, and subtle citrus aromas. On the palate, white flowers and fruit aromas re-emerge against a background of freshly baked bread. Structured, with personality and finesse.
Packaging: 1 bottle of 0.75 lt
Grapes: 50% Xarel.lo, 30% Macabeo, 15% Chardonnay, 5% Parellada.
Vinification: separate vinification for each grape. Aged on the lees in the bottle for over 60 months.
Dosage: 8 grams/l
Alcohol content: 12% Vol.
Pairings: particularly versatile, can be enjoyed throughout the meal, from aperitif to digestif.
