The grapes, hand-picked and transported to the winery in small crates, are carefully selected, destemmed, and gently pressed, so as to largely keep the berries intact during the transfer to the stainless steel tanks. Fermentation takes place at controlled temperatures, with particular attention to preserving the aromas, extracting color, and managing tannins. Racking is decided through continuous and careful tastings, and the wine is considered ready to begin maturation in wood. Only new French oak barrels are used. Malolactic fermentation occurs in barrels and is completed in the spring following the harvest. The wine ages for 9 months in wood, followed by an additional 2 months in stainless steel before bottling.

Complex and elegant. Notes of small red fruits emerge, particularly raspberry and cherry, accompanied by delicate floral hints and a slight spicy touch. The harmony between the bouquet and the palate is perfect: on the palate, the fruity flavors are supported by a well-balanced tannic structure, made finer by a lively acidity. The wine is soft and harmonious on the palate.
