The grapes are hand-picked and selected with extreme care, eliminating overripe or sun-damaged bunches. After destemming and gentle pressing, the grapes undergo several hours of cryomaceration in the press to maximize the extraction of aromatic compounds. The must is obtained through soft pressing, to avoid the extraction of unwanted components and the breaking of the seeds. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks. Once the desired level of residual sugars is reached, the tank temperature is rapidly lowered to nearly freezing, effectively stopping fermentation. A period of “sur lie” aging at low temperature in stainless steel follows, before bottling.
Moscato IGT Umbria - Guerrini
Strongly aromatic, with pronounced fruity notes typical of the grape variety, enriched by hints of citrus and sage that are also found on the palate. It stands out for its solid acidity, pleasant freshness, and soft texture. The tasting experience is further enhanced by a subtle sweetness in the finish and a moderate alcohol content.
