The Tirsat di Gurra di Mare comes from a blend of 50% Chardonnay and 50% Viogner harvested in the Menfi area in the province of Agrigento. The reference vineyards are located on medium-textured, generally sandy soils at 20 meters above sea level. The harvest began in the first half of August and ended with a yield of 70 quintals per hectare. The winemaking process involved alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks followed by malolactic fermentation. The refinement was 6 months in stainless steel on the yeasts plus a further 4 months in the bottle. The name Tirsat in Arabic means "rock". This is the only wine produced by the company from just under 2 hectares in the Porto Palo area, the ancient port of Selinunte.

The Tirsat di Gurra di Mare shines in the glass with a straw yellow color with golden reflections. On the nose it displays aromas of exotic yellow-fleshed fruit, white flowers, aromatic herbs and honey. The fresh and pleasantly saline sip supported by a strong fruity taste that persists in the finish. At the table it can be fully enjoyed with cheeses and rich vegetarian dishes as well as with delicious seafood and white meat recipes.
