White wine with a straw yellow color, with bouquet of exotic fruit and citrus aromas, delicate but powerful. Wide and rich taste, with intense and persistent fruity aromas. Its persistence and harmony originate in the exposure and quality of the 'terroir'.

Grape varieties: Sauvignon Blanc
Vinification: fermentation takes place in stainless steel containers at a temperature of 15/18 °C to preserve and develop the aromatic potential of wine; therefore, an aging on the fine yeasts follows for 5 before bottling.
Pairings: Delicious as an aperitif, Les Baronnes is also an excellent companion for fish dishes, goat cheeses and spicy dishes.
