Hofstatter is a historic brand from South Tyrol, an excellence, managed by Martin Foradori, heir to an ancient family of winemakers in the area who had excellent vineyards on the eastern side of the Val d'Adige. The winery is based in Tramin, in an imposing 16th century building. The winning goal has always been to combine the centuries-old tradition of one's land with constant innovation.
