Vulcaia was, along with Vulcaia Fumè, the first wine from the Inama winery. It is produced in the vineyards of Soave Classico, particularly in the area at the foot of Monte Foscarino. Given the volcanic soil in which the vines are planted, Vulcaia is a unique expression of Sauvignon that here, in the Soave area, loses the typical varietal notes to give way to a completely new version of the French variety. Fermentation and aging on fine lees take place in steel.

It is characterized by an intense yellow color. On the nose, it is floral and citrusy; on the palate, it is refreshing with its acidity and minerality, and it lingers with citrus tones. It is a white wine that pairs well with rabbit or chicken dishes, for example in a warm salad, or baked with vegetables; it is also very good with asparagus risotto or, still referencing this vegetable that pairs well with Sauvignon, with eggs and asparagus.
