Jermann's W...Dreams is one of the company's historic labels. Produced since 1987, it is dedicated to the rock album "The Joshua Tree" by U2 released that year. The label and name have undergone several changes over the years, this is a wine with which the company has always had a lot of fun; today the dots and suspensions want to amplify the personal interpretation of "where dreams" can lead. W... Dreams... is pure Chardonnay, grown on marly-sandstone soils; it is vinified in steel and aged in small 300 liter barrels for about a year.

W...Dreams... by Jermann is bright straw yellow; on the nose it expresses itself elegantly with hints of exotic fruit, vanilla custard, herbal butter, candied lemon and resinous balms. In the mouth it has a good balance between freshness, flavor and softness, as well as an excellent aromatic reverberation. Perfect pairing with baked turbot and a salad of fresh spinach and candied lemon peel.
