La Madeleine's Pinot Noir Rosato Julì was made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes harvested in Montini, a hamlet of Narni (PG). The vineyard of origin is rooted in medium-textured soils, generally clayey and rich in stone, at an altitude of approximately 180 meters above sea level. The harvest was carried out in mid-September with a yield of 80 quintals per hectare. The winemaking process took place entirely in stainless steel. The refinement lasted 2-3 months in the bottle.

La Madeleine's Pinot Noir Rosato Julì presents a pale pink colour. On the nose it expresses aromas of small red fruits which combine with floral hints of violet and notes of aromatic herbs. On the sip it offers mineral freshness and a distinctly fruity taste. Ideal for brightening up summer tables, it goes well with delicious seafood recipes such as the inimitable prawn cocktail in pink sauce.
