Friulano No Name by Vigne di Zamò is a 100% Friulano-based white wine grown on soil characterized by the so-called ponca, an alternation of marl and sandstone typical of the area. The harvest was carried out by hand in the middle of September. During winemaking, alcoholic fermentation took place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks and was followed by a partial malolactic fermentation. The refinement took place for 6 months in contact with the fine lees with frequent batonnage.

No Name Friulano by Vigne di Zamò presents a straw yellow color with greenish reflections in the glass. On the nose, aromas of apricot and yellow pulp fruit emerge which blend with hints of spring flowers and aromatic herbs. The taste is soft and with good structure, fresh and clearly mineral. The fruity and citrus finish is enveloping. At the table it can be fully enjoyed with cheeses and veterinary dishes as well as tasty seafood recipes based on white fish, molluscs and crustaceans.
