Steamed and dried grains (sorghum, buckwheat, white corn), steamed and dried black beans, whole sea salt, sweet paprika powder, spinach flour, kale powder, tomato flake, turmeric, basil leaves, black pepper powder, onion powder, parsley leaves, garlic powder. GLUTEN FREE

Instructions for use
TO ADD: 150g of water and 50g (cooked or raw) to taste
PREPARATION: pour the mixture into a bowl and mix with water, add the vegetables to taste, shape the burgers. Oil a pan and brown 2/3 minutes per side or cook in the oven.
