The Cirò Rosato Segno Librandi by Librandi is made from 100% Gaglioppo grapes coming from the territories of Cirò, Cirò Marina, Crucioli and Melissa, in the province of Crotone. The reference vineyards are made up of vines grown partly as saplings, partly as spurred cordon systems and are planted on calcareous and clayey soils. The harvest was carried out with a yield of 90 quintals per hectare. The vinification took place entirely in stainless steel with a short maceration and the use of the bloodletting technique. The latter consists of taking a part of the must deriving from the production of red wine in order to make it into white wine. The refinement took place for a short period in stainless steel and in the bottle.

The Cirò Rosato Segno Librandi by Librandi presents a pale pink color with coppery reflections. On the nose it expresses aromas of strawberries and small red berries that meet hints of red flowers and citrus notes. The sip is frank and pleasant, supported by a vibrant mineral freshness that persists in the finish. At the table it goes well with fresh cheeses and delicate seafood recipes based on white fish and shellfish.
