The Alvaro red is the result of a careful selection of grapes in the vineyard, handpicked in small crates, and meticulous care of the grapes in the cellar. A dry, austere wine, it spends 12 months in small barrels and continues its evolution in the bottle and… over time… for years. Its ruby red color and rich aromas are enhanced by the large glasses in which it should be served at a temperature of 18°.
