Etna Bianco di Murgo comes from 70% Carricante and 30% Catarratto bianco grapes harvested by hand on the eastern side of Etna. The vineyards of origin are located at an altitude of approximately 500 meters above sea level, rooted in alluvial soils. After the manual harvest, the bunches were transported to the cellar where they were subjected to soft pressing to obtain the must. The alcoholic fermentation took place in stainless steel at a controlled temperature. The refinement took place in stainless steel and wooden barrels for a period of 6 months.

Etna Bianco di Murgo reveals itself at the sight of a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. On the nose it releases aromas of yellow fruits that intertwine with fragrant hints of chamomile, broom and white spring flowers. The sip is fresh and pleasantly mineral. Floral and citrus finish. At the table it goes well with fresh cheeses and vegetarian dishes as well as delicious seafood recipes based on white fish, molluscs or crustaceans.
