Officina 5 Coffee was born in Fara San Martino, at the foot of the Maiella mountains, in Abruzzo. It is a craft roasting company born from the idea of the Cocco Family, pasta artisans for generations, to produce high-quality coffee. Officina 5 bases its production philosophy on the use of highly selected raw materials, sourced from small producers of green coffee, and a slow roasting of the beans that is performed over low heat, thanks to the use of ancient roasters produced in the 1940s by Officine Vittoria.
