Clear ruby red, with garnet reflections. Floral and fruity bouquet, particularly highlighted the hint of black cherry and purple; with balsamic notes and spices. Wine of great structure, tannic, intense and very persistent.

Grape varieties: 100% Sangiovese
Vinification: in steel, intense initial replacements with a controlled temperature at most 33 °C., long maceration on the pomace with racking at a low temperature; malolactic fermentation immediately after racking.
Aging: 48 months in oak barrels.
Serving temperature: 18° C
Pairing: red meats and game.
