The Gewürztraminer Stoass by Pfitscher is made from 100% Gewürztraminer grapes grown in the regions of Egna and Montagna, in the province of Bolzano, at an altitude between 300 and 450 meters above sea level. The alcoholic fermentation, which transformed the sugars into alcohol, took place for 12 days at a controlled temperature of 18°C. The aging, on the other hand, occurred for several months in stainless steel barrels in contact with the yeasts, a practice that enriched the wine in terms of body and aromas.

The Gewürztraminer Stoass Alto Adige DOC by Pfitscher seduces the eye with its straw-yellow color with golden reflections. On the nose, it releases aromas of lychee and tropical fruit intertwined with floral notes of rose and gentle herbaceous hints. The taste is aromatic and balanced, characterized by lively freshness and a pronounced minerality that lingers in the finish. Ideal as an aperitif, it pairs well with soft cheeses, vegetarian dishes, and delicious seafood recipes, especially those based on shellfish. Excellent with spicy dishes.
