The Greco di Pietracupa was obtained from 100% Greco grapes coming from vineyards located in the territory of Santa Paolina in the province of Avellino rooted in clayey-limestone soils rich in minerals. The white winemaking process - which took place in the absence of maceration of the must on the skins and malolactic fermentation - was carried out entirely in stainless steel. The refinement took place for a few months in stainless steel and bottle. The average annual production of this label is approximately 20,000 bottles.
GRECO PIETRACUPA: TASTING
The Greco di Pietracupa presents itself to the eye with a straw yellow color with golden reflections. On the nose it offers aromas of peach and yellow pulp fruit together with notes of white flowers and hints of sage and citrus fruits. On the palate it is intense and full-bodied supported by an elegant freshness and a deep minerality that persists in the fruity and citrus finish. At the table it pairs well with cheeses and vegetarian dishes as well as tasty recipes
