Our Nebbiolo is embellished with a small addition of Nebbiolo grapes from the Barolo and Barbaresco areas that give body, structure and longevity. Intense and ripe fruit, but still fresh, soft and almost sweet tannins give pleasure and fragrance. Long life. Packaging: 1 bottle of 0.75 lt Grapes: 100% Nebbiolo Vineyards: From a selection of the vineyards owned by our family in La Morra and Serralunga in the Barolo area, to San Rocco Seno D'Elvio in the Barbaresco area, Sinio and Diano d'Alba. Vinification: In steel. Maceration on the skins for about 20 days. Aging: In French and Slavonian oak barrels for about 24 months and in barriques for a small part.
