Vineyards: Nebbio is our version of Nebbiolo that expresses the characteristics of fragrance, youth and freshness of such a noble grape. From our own vineyards in Serralunga d'Alba in the Barolo area, to Treiso in the Barbaresco area, to Diano D'Alba and Trezzo Tinella. Rather early harvest. Vinification: After a short maceration, the grapes ferment in steel. Aging: In steel until bottling in early March. It does not “touch” wood.
