Very low yields and a strict selection of grapes. It is the first non-single-varietal wine produced by the Pio Family, for those who love traditional Piedmontese wines with a touch of internationality. It is an introduction to the great classic Piedmontese wines. Packaging: 1 bottle of 0.75 lt Grapes: Nebbiolo, Barbera, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Petit Verdot. Vineyards: From a selection of vineyards owned by our family in particularly suitable areas within our great terroirs. Vinification: In steel. Maceration on the skins for about 20 days. Aging: About 24 months in French oak barrels and a small part in barriques.
