This blend of Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon comes from the vineyard called Rompicollo, which enjoys excellent southern exposure and rich Tufo soil.
Packaging: 3 bottles of 75 cl Grapes: Sangiovese 60% - Cabernet Sauvignon 40% Provenance: Rompicollo Vineyard, southern exposure, volcanic soil rich in tuff. High density: 6500 vines/hectare Vinification: 10 days of fermentation at controlled temperatures in steel tanks. Aging: 12 months in 65 HL Slavonian oak barrels. Color: Intense ruby red Aroma: intense scent of ripe red berry fruits such as blackberries and raspberries Taste: Balanced, with a good structure. Velvety on the palate Alcohol content: 13% Vol. Serving temperature: 16-18°C Pairings: First courses, risotto, cold cuts, white meats and fresh cheeses.
