Nel cuore della Maremma, su un terreno vulcanico le uve vermentino hanno trovato il loro naturale terroir e si esprimono in un vino fresco, morbido e gentile.
Packaging: 3 bottles of 75 cl Grapes: 100% Vermentino Provenance: Tenuta “Poggio al Tufo” 66 hectares of vineyards in Pitigliano (Grosseto), in the heart of the Tuscan Maremma. Montebuono Vineyard. Vinification and Aging: 5 months in stainless steel barrels Color: intense and bright straw yellow, with greenish nuances Bouquet: fine and balanced with aromas of ripe fruit in pulp white and floral, Taste: Gentle and soft on the palate, good softness accompanied by the characteristic almond finish. Alcohol content: 12.5% Vol. Serving temperature: 10-12° C Pairings: Thanks to its structure and freshness, Vermentino can accompany even rather elaborate fish dishes. The combination with rich appetizers and all fish and shellfish dishes is interesting, in simple preparations, without elaborate sauces.
