The Cacciaguida Lambrusco di Ponte Del Losco was obtained from 100% Lambrusco di Sorbara grapes grown in the company vineyards located in the Nonantola area in the province of Modena. After the harvest, the bunches were transported to the cellar for red vinification which included a brief maceration of the must on the skins and alcoholic and malolactic fermentation. For the purposes of sparkling wine, the wine underwent a second fermentation in an autoclave.

The Cacciaguida Lambrusco di Sorbara di Ponte Del Losco presents a pale ruby red color enlivened by an intense perlage. On the nose it expresses aromas of small red fruits and floral hints of violets together with hints of aromatic herbs. On the palate it is lively, fruity and mineral. At the table it can be fully enjoyed with cured meats and cheeses as well as with delicious land preparations.
