Prepared to make a fantastic Truffle Risotto, ideal for 3-4 people.
Package: 10 bags of 250 gIngredients: Carnaroli rice 99%, dried summer truffle (Tuber aestivum) 0.5%, flavoring.Preparation: toast the contents in 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil for a few seconds. Pour in about 1 liter of boiling vegetable broth, add salt, and cook for about 13 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat, cover, and let it rest for 2 minutes. Optional: add 2 tablespoons of grated cheese (Grana Padano or Parmigiano Reggiano).
