Japonica type, "long A" group, Carnaroli is the most prestigious variety of Italian rice, used without regional distinctions. Large-sized grain with a high percentage of amylose which ensures low stickiness and excellent cooking resistance, qualities that make it the ideal ingredient for risottos and salads.
WHOLE RIBE RICE - 2 bags of 1 kg
Also called "hulled paddy," it is suitable for all preparations: excellent for salads and soups.
