PORCINI MUSHROOM RISOTTO - 5 bags of 250g
Ingredients: Baldo rice 96%, porcini mushrooms* 3%, chives*, parsley*, onion*, garlic*.
*Dehydrated or freeze-dried products.
How to prepare: Toast the contents in 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil for a few seconds. Pour in about 1 liter of boiling vegetable broth, salt, and cook for about 13 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat, cover, and let it rest for 2 minutes. Optional: add 2 tablespoons of grated cheese (Grana Padano or Parmigiano Reggiano).
BROCCOLI, POTATOES, CARROTS, SPINACH RISOTTO - 5 bags of 250g
Ingredients: Baldo rice 95%, potatoes* 1.5%, broccoli* 1%, carrots* 1%, celery*, spinach* 0.5%, garlic*.
*Dehydrated or freeze-dried products.
