VEGETABLE RISOTTO - 5 bags of 250 gr
Ingredients: Baldo rice 90%, vegetables* in varying proportions (artichoke, carrot, onion, yellow bell pepper, green bell pepper, tomato, pumpkin) 5.8%, peas* 2.5%, basil*, celery*, garlic*.
*Dehydrated or freeze-dried products.
How to prepare: toast the contents in 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil for a few seconds. Pour in about 1 liter of boiling vegetable broth, add salt, and cook for about 13 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat, cover, and let rest for 2 minutes. Optional: add 2 tablespoons of grated cheese (Grana Padano or Parmigiano Reggiano).
PORCINI MUSHROOM AND EGGPLANT RISOTTO - 5 bags of 250 gr
Ingredients: Baldo rice 96%, porcini mushrooms* 1.5%, eggplant* 1.5%, marjoram*, garlic*.
*Dehydrated or freeze-dried products.
How to prepare: toast the contents in 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil for a few seconds.
