The Nebbiolo by Produttori del Barbaresco was obtained from 100% Nebbiolo grapes selected from young vineyards located on silty-clayey and calcareous soils. The winemaking process included an alcoholic fermentation phase in stainless steel at a temperature of 28°C with maceration of the must in contact with the skins for 20 days. The refinement took place for 5 months in large oak barrels. It is a red with a refined and decisive personality, a great interpretation of the incredible Langa territory. NEBBIOLO PRODUTTORI DEL BARBARESCO: THE TASTING The Nebbiolo of Produttori del Barbaresco presents itself at the sight of a ruby red color with garnet reflections. On the nose it expresses hints of ripe red fruits that intertwine with floral hints of violet and balsamic and dark spice notes. On the palate it is clear and elegant, enhanced by silky tannins and a long spicy and balsamic finish. At the table it pairs well with mature cheeses and tasty first and second courses based on red meat or game. Try it with a tasty risotto with Piedmontese sausage and toma cheese.
