High Mountain honey is a highly appreciated multifloral product. After the first honey extraction done on the Piedmont plains, the bees are taken to the Alps at an altitude of over 1200m. At these heights, the bees manage to collect the nectar and the nutritious and healthy substances of many mountain flowers. This is how high mountain honey is born. It is a splendid and delicate product, always different, from area to area and from one year to the next. The color is golden yellow, the aroma is very fine and floral, the taste is delicate, it usually appears crystallized and the crystallization is quite grainy. The taste is aromatic with a delicate tone.
