Renetta apples are grown and harvested on our farm in Alba and are processed just a few hours after being picked. They are cooked with only the addition of cane sugar to obtain a completely natural compote in keeping with the Piedmontese tradition. The "open-air processing" method is the classic method used since ancient times for preserving fruit. This way, we obtain a product that enhances the flavor of the fruit used and retains artisanal characteristics.
